China Incorporation was founded in Shanghai in 2009 by a team of corporate lawyers, accountants and former in-house advisors who had spent years watching foreign businesses stumble through China incorporation with fragmented, opaque providers.

We built the firm we wanted our former employers to hire: one team, fixed fees, bilingual communication, and the same manager from the first call to the first payroll run.
